Who is responsible
This website is operated by Niclas Ryden, an individual based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The operator is responsible for the personal data collected on this site. Contact: +971 58 514 3634 (phone) or WhatsApp.
What we collect
- From the consultation form: your name, phone number, email, preferred channel, nationality, country of residence, who would apply, budget range, timeline, the programme you chose and any optional interests you tick.
- From the cost estimate request: the programme, who would apply, your name, email, phone number if given, and preferred channel.
- Basic technical data needed to run the site and stop abuse, such as your IP address for rate limiting.
Why, and on what basis
We use your details to answer you, to prepare your shortlist and, only if you decide to apply, to pass them to one licensed partner agent. A cost estimate request is used only to have that estimate prepared. We rely on your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who receives it
Your details are shared with one licensed partner agent only, and only after we have told you who that agent is. We never sell your details or pass them to anyone else for marketing.
These service providers process data on our behalf:
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- WhatsApp (Meta), because the forms currently send your details to us as a WhatsApp message from your own device.
These providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and estimate details for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent, by contacting us as above. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the relevant data protection authority.
