Dominica vs Saint Lucia

Dominica starts lower, at USD 200,000 to its Economic Diversification Fund against USD 240,000 for Saint Lucia's National Economic Fund, and both passports travel visa-free to the Schengen area. In our view the residence rule is the bigger difference: Saint Lucia's residency and genuine-link requirement has applied since 1 January 2026, though we found no published details of it, and Dominica has none in force.
